Aftersales Service Specialist (m/f)
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Coordination and monitoring of consumers' after sales claims process
• Contact Center performance monitoring.
• Contact Center escalated cases processing
• Product exchange process coordination in terms of service, logistics and administration
• Key account dealers repair status monitoring
• Cooperation with sales, accounting and finance, logistics and marketing departments in the field of after sales service topics.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
• Previous experience on a similar position with a good understanding of customer claim process
• B1 or B2 level of English is a must, both verbal and written
• Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment
• Entry level SAP knowledge is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize and to be comfortable working independently
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail.
