Job description

Adecco is a leading provider of HR services.
Our client, a subcontracting company, is looking for a new team member to lead operations of their Rijeka branch.
Branch Manager (m/f)
Location: Rijeka
Activities:
Direct all operational aspects, recruitment, human resources, and administration in accordance with companies’ objectives.
• Managing Croatian office, managing staff-employees, structure local organization
• Employment of new project employees; contracts, visa, work permits
• Payroll project employees (together with SSC/ local bookkeeper)
• Organize trips, travel logistics, mob/demob of workers/Sites with help of our other country Offices
• Setting up/ maintaining local business.
• Prepare input for invoicing in and out going together with SSC
• Procurist - acts on behalf of the owner/director – employment contracts, Limited Bank services

Requirements:
• Previous experience on similar position or employment agency
• Entrepreneurial institution and leadership
• Strong process minded
• Strong organization skills
• Fluent English

Preferable:
• Knowledge of Oil/Gas/Petrochem industry
• Contacts in Oil/Gas/Petrochem industry – potential clients
• Knowledge of (A1) Payrolling
