- Developing the market in order to generate income and revenue for the PSR business
- Maintaining partnership with PSR partners to achieve targets
- Managing negotiation with existing and potential clients
- Generating new businesses – new products, new partners
- Continuously recruiting new clients
- Achieving goals in the dedicated territory in line with periodic and quarterly targets: reactivating non-active clients, increasing penetration, using promotions and other actions, assisting in different campaigns
- Directing partners with periodical promotional activity instructions
- Regularly updating visit lists of clients and setting up achievable visit goals
- Providing information on relevant promotions and convincing clients to use them
- Delivering product trainings to the partner as needed (under supervision of Scientific Communication and line manager)
- Ensuring Royal Canin visibility by outplacing promotional, merchandising & communication materials regularly
- Delivering product samples to clients as needed by clients (depending on the stock)
- Managing activity programs, campaigns
- Carrying through ad-hoc market research tasks
- Delivering information to management about market trends, customer preferences and products development
- Participating at PSR, PRO professional events, properly representing Royal Canin and promoting the brand on the exhibition stand according to directives of scientific communication manager
