Job description
• Develops customer relationships and implements sales plan
• Acquires new customers and closely cooperates with the sales director to expand business opportunities
• Ensures maintenance of a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring all customer-related activities (orders, deliveries...)
• Conducts monthly sales forecasts and reports and prepares analyses and activity reports
• Prepares the offers in collaboration with the team for offers in accordance with the expected margin for FS.
• Provides Marketing department with feedback on offers and customers’ needs
• Educates customers about all SE products and services, paying special attention to products from the digital domain
• Assists other employees in sales through mentoring and coaching
• Coordinates participation and/or participates in trade shows or seminars dedicated to sales and marketing
• Ensure that Schneider Electric is recognized as a global specialist in the field of energy efficiency by implementing key actions in the local market
Employer's requirements
• University degree, preferably electrical engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of electric goods
• Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken
• Driving license (B)
• Good communication and organization skills
• Goal and target oriented personality
• Passion for learning and continuous improvements
