For their amazing team, we’re looking for a GreenLight Expert to support the day-to-day operations of their Greenlight locations in Croatia.

In this role, you’ll build Uber’s relationship with driver-partners, support their operational needs, and guide day-to-day operations of the Greenlight centers. This is a great opportunity to work with a top-notch Community Operations team and learn the Uber business from the ground up.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

● Deliver 5-star, in-person and/or remote support to our driver-partners

● Walk driver-partners through the onboarding process and all of the tools they need to be successful on the Uber platform

● Own personal metrics for customer support and performance

● Promote the Uber brand and get driver-partners excited to get onboarded and be on the road

● Be an expert on Uber policies, procedures, and programs

● Assist with support, events and promotions as needed

● Manage scheduling, attendance, and administration

● You will be taking the lead on project/assignments

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

● At least 1 year of relevant experience

● Great communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external partners.

● An interest in and passion for Uber.

● Demonstrated background in solving complex customer problems

● Availability to travel

BONUS POINTS IF

● You have previous sales experience

● You have previous customer account management experience

● You have previous customer support experience
