As the Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies for their brand(s) to achieve business objectives, including sales, market share, and profitability. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a passion for driving brand success.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan in alignment with sector strategy and IPS standards.
• Identify key sources of business, such as specialties, doctors, institutions, and regions, and create a targeted call plan to optimize resource utilization.
• Build strong relationships with key prescribers and decision makers to drive brand adoption.
• Monitor product performance and market trends, making necessary adjustments to marketing plans.
• Collaborate effectively within the organization to motivate key stakeholders and ensure alignment with brand objectives.
• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support current and future product objectives.
• Represent the brand/therapy area at regional, national, and international events to maximize brand impact.
• Drive market access by understanding key influencers/decision makers, developing relationships, and educating on product benefits.
• Support the development of health economic benefits and utilize them to educate decision makers and payers.
• Utilize public relations and media strategies to enhance the brand's public profile.
• Identify, build relationships with, and develop key patient associations and advocacy groups.

Employer's requirements

Requirements for this position: • Master's degree / University degree in pharmacy, medicine, biosciences, or related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. • Fluent in spoken and written English. • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies. • Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing plans. • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets. • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong business acumen and critical thinking. • Proficiency in leveraging technology for stakeholder management and insight gathering. • Demonstrated integrity and adherence to ethical standards. • Basic knowledge of MS Office.
