Medical Representative (m/f)

Location: Slavonija

As a Medical Representative you would be the company’s key contact with HCP’s (opinion leaders and prescribers). The Medical representative's mission is to achieve or exceed sales targets in the allocated region for the products assigned by flawless implementation of strategies and tactics planned by marketing.

Main activities:

• Presenting Rx products to HCP's
• Participating in the organization of symposia and congresses
• Meeting or exceed sales targets (market share/market share growth) within agreed budgets and timescales
• Building and developing customer relationships
• Presenting the company in highly professional manner.


• Masters University degree (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Dentist faculty, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, or another Biomedicine-related field)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in same or similar positions
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken), native Croatian speaker
• Driving license (active driver, having a license for a minimum of 2 years)
• Computer literacy
• Previous sales experience within the healthcare industry is considered as a plus
• Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Proven track of building good relationships with external and internal customers
• Strong, outgoing personality with good communication and presentation skills.
