Welcoming and providing general support to designated office visitors in a friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
Providing general office support including, maintenance of office meeting schedules, assistance with onsite meetings when required
Liaising with facilities management office to ensure safe and comfortable office environment where required
Devising and maintaining office systems to deal efficiently with paper flow
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages and deliveries
Employer's requirements
Recently graduated
Native Croatian language proficiency
Fluent English language written and verbal knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive contribution and pro-active approach to new and changing situations
Well-developed organizational skills & attention to details
Ability to work in a team to achieve company goals
Confident in dealing with senior level staff and ability to communicate in a professional manner
