Job description

• Ensure quality Facilities Management services to satisfy stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with local representatives and stakeholders
• Coordinate repair, maintenance, and janitorial tasks
• Manage statutory inspections and maintenance
• Coordinate Reception Desk activities and backup staffing
• Handle internal office moves and changes
• Procure parts and services, emphasizing cost savings
• Manage FM procurement process and service contracts
• Liaise with landlords for lease compliance
• Support Facility Manager in health & safety
• Provide office support services including visitor welcoming, access card administration, and mailroom oversight
• Set up meeting rooms and offer general administrative support

Employer's requirements

• Similar experience in a role facility coordinator or office manager • Proactive with skills in office or facility management • Proficiency in English and Croatian • MS Office knowledge • Client-oriented, open, and communicative • Ability to work independently
