Administrative support to agents/brokers in sales activities and the company's management
Drafting and controlling premade mediation contracts
Analyzing submitted real estate documentation and preparing correspondent reports
Managing communication with other agents as well as with the clients
Maintaining regular communication with other international offices
Helping create real estate advertisements and other advertising materials (brochures, e-cards, etc.)
Handling community management on social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Analyzing results of marketing activities and preparing correspondent reports
Updating real estate database and preparing reports for management and clients
Coordinating and organizing activities with various external associates (accounting, photographers, interior designers, urban planners, legal advisers, etc.)

Zahtjevi poslodavca

Significant experience in similar jobs from a minimum of 2 years Fluency in German and English in speech and writing (C1 level) Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word) Experience in community or content management and marketing is a plus Propensity for luxury industry is preferred Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent communication skills and independence in work Driver's license (B category)
