Job description
As the Operations and Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company and leading our recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent. Your role will encompass streamlining processes, optimizing resource utilization, and fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Management:
• Implement and refine operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure operational performance.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to drive positive change.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, open communication, and continuous improvement.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' suitability for roles.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and engage with potential candidates proactively.
Employer's requirements
• Proven experience in operations management and recruitment, ideally within a subcontracting or an employment agency
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving common goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling you to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record in process optimization and project management.
• Sound understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field (or equivalent work experience).
• Full professional proficiency in English

• Knowledge of Oil/Gas/Petrochem industry
• Contacts in Oil/Gas/Petrochem industry – potential clients
• Knowledge of (A1) Payrolling
