Administering payroll processes for Croatian employees
Reviewing and validating payroll data prior to submission to the payroll partner
Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of payroll registers before authorizing salary disbursements
Adhering to the established payroll calendar
Managing and generating reports for management as needed
Addressing internal and external payroll inquiries promptly and effectively
Staying updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Performing additional duties as assigned
Zahtjevi poslodavca
Mandatory experience in payroll positions in Croatia for at least 3 years
Experience in working with third-party vendors
Excellent proficiency in English and Croatian language
Intermediate to advanced skill level of Excel
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
Willingness to work on a definite period contract for 6 months
