As the Public Affairs and Patient Relations Head Adriatic Region, you will be at the forefront of enhancing Novartis' communication strategy and objectives. Your role will involve crafting and executing comprehensive communication plans and implementing a wide array of public relations activities. Your influence will be instrumental in shaping our brand's perception and strengthening our connections with stakeholders.
• Develop an impactful communications plan that harnesses our brand's promise.
• Strategically conceive, integrate, and execute PR initiatives to amplify our brand's impact.
• Foster and nurture resilient relationships with the media.
• Propel the company's stance among pertinent stakeholders.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the CEO to align communication strategies with organizational goals.
• Assess and refine an integrated strategic communications plan that propels our brand identity and widens awareness of our initiatives.
• Ensure coherence in our core messages to maintain brand uniformity.
• Skillfully resolve public affairs challenges.
• Oversee the creation, production, and upkeep of both internal and external communication materials, including our website, marketing collateral, publications, newsletters, invitations, flyers, advertisements, and annual reports.
• Foster meaningful bonds with select high-level external audiences.
Employer's requirements
Requirements for this position:
• Bachelor's Degree is required; Advanced degree in Law, Public Affairs, Political Sciences, or Business is preferred. MBA is advantageous.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• At least 3 years of experience in the same or similar jobs is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly within economic/public affairs or related functions.
• Additional experience within the public sector is highly valued.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking.
• Demonstrated integrity and adherence to ethical standards.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
