Our client, WAMGROUP is a world leader and innovator in bulk material handling technology. For its Croatian trading subsidiary, WAM Adria, we are looking for a new team member for the position:
Sales Associate
Location: Breznički Hum
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a general responsibility, you will develop sales in the territory of ex-Yugoslavia and Albania by acquiring new clients and developing existing ones. Specific activities will include:
• Analysis of client’s inquiries and preparation of offers
• Acquisition of client orders
• Market research and scouting of new potential clients
• Customer care (visits, etc.)
You will start with a period of training in customer service and sales back-office:
• Helping prepare offers and in general taking care of clients’ inquiries and requests
• Managing clients’ orders, from order reception to shipment, in coordination with intercompany and external suppliers
• Conducting administrative tasks (control of incoming invoices, monitoring client’s payments)
• Preparing sales and shipping documentation (invoices, shipping documents, etc.)
