Job description
• Develop and execute country-specific strategies aligning with Rauch and Area strategies
• Establish yearly business plans with distribution partners, including bonus agreements
• Ensure quantity turnover and full-cost results at the group level
• Review and analyze market trends and competition, as well as country-specific import calculations and distributor pricelists
• Assist in strategic planning and support headquarter
• Communicate and support distribution partners on Retail and Horeca topics
• Coordinate percentage/fixed agreements with Finance and Managing Director
• Organize Sales and Marketing activities with the Regional Marketing Manager
• Plan and coordinate BTL activities and control recommended shelf prices
• Conduct regular market visits and prepare bi-weekly reports
• Ensure accurate reporting in the SAP system
Employer's requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions in FMCG
• Advanced proficiency in English language
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including pivot tables) – knowledge in Power Query, Power BI, and similar tools is an advantage
• A detail-oriented individual
• Ability to effectively communicate and prioritize customer needs
