For purpose of expanding their organization and business in Croatia we are looking for dynamic, proactive, innovative, team oriented person to join their team in Zagreb on the position of:

Sales Manager for Industry Market m/f
Location: Zagreb

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the realization of sales and the corresponding contribution margin according to targets
• Manage costs through effective budgeting and controlling
• Provide expert advice and support, including practical demonstrations
• Maintain regular contact with customers and key accounts with the goal of long-term customer loyalty to Sika
• Actively pursue new customer acquisition opportunities
• Develop customer groups within the different industrial sector to promote Sika products
• Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure project success
• Promote and inform potential users about new products and systems
• Evaluate the success rate of promotional activities
• Establish market analysis, including observation and gathering information about market developments, customer needs, technology trends, and the competitive environment in general
• Develop and implement marketing strategies in coordination with the Sub Area Manager
• Incorporation of all relevant data and information into the CRM and complete all necessary administrative work (forms, quotations, project lists, reference data, etc.)
• Teamwork and exchange with all departments of Sika Croatia in order to provide the customer with the best possible service

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION:
• Preferably degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive, shipbuilding, window/door/facade production or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sealing and bonding materials and industry trends
• Fluent in Croatian and English (written and verbal)
