Job description
• Working on reaching the budget plans related to the dedicated partners in the SEE region (HR, SLO)
• Analyzing growth opportunities in the markets
• Covering all relevant sales channels: retail, pet specialists, e-commerce
• Developing existing and new private label (commercial brand) products in close cooperation with the partner and the marketing team
• Representing the company brands (Shelma, Prevital, Reno)
• Conducting partner store visits, creating tailor-made promotions, and implementing other top-performing sales activities
• Tracking orders and shipments, working closely with customer service
• Executing marketing and trade marketing actions according to the company's plans
Employer's requirements
• Good understanding of the market in the region with a focus on Croatia and Slovenia
• Minimum 7 years of experience as KAM in retail sector
• Brand management experience in leading FMCG companies is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of the English language is necessary
• Knowledge of Slovenian is an advantage
• College degree preferably in economics
• B category driver's license
