Job description
• As Product Owner you will be managing the product lifecycle for new and existing products to optimize productivity and safety for customers and internal users
• Product discovery including regular customer interviews
• Managing stakeholders in the following departments: portfolio management, sales & after sales, legal, marketing and many more
• Prioritization, backlog ownership & refinement facilitation
• Shared roadmap ownership with lead dev and delivery manager
• Creating and constantly revisiting product vision in accordance with JDS/Jungheinrich strategic goals
• Training of Jungheinrich colleagues
• Staying ahead of market developments and technology
Employer's requirements
• At least 5+ years of professional experience in product role
• Experience with technical backend and infrastructure topics as well as GUIs experience and/or strong interest in embedded software and hardware (truck, truck display, telematics etc.)
• Proven engagement in organizational development and in creating a team culture of trust and support
• Resilience and persistence to work on big topics and overcome org/tech/stakeholder hurdles in a large organization
• You bring excellent communication skills and documentation skills
• Servant leader in a triad of a product development team
• Embracing and shaping the company’s strategy
• Establishment of broad network across Jungheinrich
• Focus on value and business viability, contributing to usability (together with UX designer) and ensuring feasibility (together with lead developer)
• Close collaboration with lead developer, developers, delivery manager, UX designers and product principal
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English. German is a plus.
