Job description
Receiving and validating sales leads from technicians, supervisors, and third-party companies
Providing support to supervisors by assisting with daily administrative tasks, utilizing SAP, Excel, and other relevant tools
Converting leads into opportunities and creating tenders for potential projects
Communicating project details to customers and following up to ensure orders are confirmed
Developing strong relationships with internal partners to ensure accurate and timely tender submissions
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports for supervisors and management
Employer's requirements
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field is preferred
At least 1 year of previous experience in service sales and customer service
Strong technical and sales orientation
Excellent proficiency in Excel and digital tools, knowledge in SAP is a plus
Advanced English language skills, both spoken and written
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
