Job description

Administrative work (hard copy documents archiving, scanning, documents mailing, docs preparation for Finance department, docs preparation for Customer Service and Logistics activities)
Booking of received goods in the system
Creation of Purchase and Sales orders
Communication with customers on orders received
Communication with warehouse staff
To arrange delivery (incl. export documentation) and/or customer pick up of goods
To ensure stock reconciliation with the warehouse service provider
To provide ad hoc support to the P&S / Customer Service colleagues
Other tasks as per business need

Employer's requirements

Bachelor’s degree Fluent in English and Croatian language (written and spoken) 1-2 years of relevant experience (CS, Administration) CS and Logistics basic knowledge would be an advantage Knowledge of the ERP systems Scala, SAP etc. would be an advantage Ability to communicate and explain reasoning behind activities Attention to details and accuracy
