Job description
• Operation and further development of various collaboration and communication applications, primarily in the area of the Microsoft 365 product suite (e.g. Teams, OneDrive, Planner, SharePoint).
• Advising our customers on our processes, further development of the tool landscape and best practices for optimal use of the applications
• Analysis and troubleshooting in global 2nd level support
• Implementation of (partial) projects in the collaboration and communication environment
• Responsibility for the technical documentation of implementations, adaptations and configurations
• Comprehensive cooperation with internal and external experts on the above-mentioned topics
Employer's requirements
• Training as an IT specialist, studies in business informatics or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the described field of activity as well as around the area of project management desirable
• Understanding of the architecture and infrastructure in the Microsoft 365 environment and other
• Collaboration applications is an advantage
• Strong service orientation and communication skills with various target groups
• Willingness and interest in new, innovative solutions in the collaboration and communication environment
• Good English language skills
