For our client, a global leader in development, manufacture and sales of MFPs and IT services we are looking for a:

Adria Controller (m/f)
  • Conscientious implementation of the work described in the job description to the extent of the job position.
  • Set-up, upgrade and control of all back-office processes in Adria region.
  • Compliance with all company and local law regulations in Adria region.
  • Follow up of accounting matters and potential impact of current and future laws and regulations on the operation of the organization as well as Group ones.
  • Performing monthly and yearly closing process, to follow all accounting policies and procedures, IFRS and Client’s Policy and in timely manner.
  • Monthly closing performed according to deadlines defined by Adria Finance Director.
  • Support in internal and external audit process and documentation preparation.
  • Responsible for monthly closing activities such as: Client Contract invoicing analysis, IFRS analysis, correctness of bookings, accrual process, bookings reconciled with KMBS.
  • Understanding and control over relevant business figures of the company.
  • Support other departments with relevant information.
  • Involved in Budgeting process in Adria Region (OP, MTP).
  • Monthly, Yearly, Quarterly and Half-year bonus calculation/control.
  • Performing monthly business forecasts and variance analysis.
  • Custodian of all Vendor contracts.
  • Custodian of all Client contracts (regular update of contracts database and physical review twice per year).
  • Preparing and submitting all standard and ad-hoc reports for Management and Cluster East for Adria Region (Flash, Weekly etc.).
  • University degree preferably in Economics (major: Accounting, Finance, Audit).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting/finance department.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounting, methods, principles and procedure.
  • Experience in project management is an asset.
  • Experience in Accounting is an asset.
  • Experience in set-up/upgrade of processes is an asset.
  • Experience in MS Dynamics Navision and/or Data warehouse tool is an asset.
  • Asset: knowledge of J-SOX, IFRS, US GAAP.
  • Communicative knowledge of English in both written and spoken form.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially in Excel and Power Point.
  • Driving license “B”.
