Alpen Pharma is looking for an:

District Sales Manager (m/f) – Zagreb

• Organizing sales in the entrusted territory and achieve the Company sales targets
• Meeting regional sales financial objectives, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions
• Working with doctors, distributors, pharmacists and pharmacy chains in the region
• Maintaining and expanding customer base, building and maintaining rapport with key customers, identifying new customer opportunities
• Conducting negotiations with key customers, organizing marketing events: conferences, round tables, presentations
• Following up the key strategic decisions driven by the Company vision
• Providing regular monitoring of the market, keeping records of sales
• Reporting the sales performance and market analysis to head office
• Accomplishing regional sales human resource objectives

• University degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Economy
• 3+ years of sales management experience in pharmaceutical field in Croatia
• Strong contacts with main distributors, wholesalers, pharmacy chains and KOLs in Croatia
• Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
• Strong analytical and presentation skills
• Strong negotiation and building relationship skills
• Sales and result driven
• Fluent in English
• Advanced computer skills
