For the needs of our client, we are currently looking for a proactive and motivated person on the position:
 
Finance & HR Assistant (m/f) – Zagreb

Core Job Responsibilities:
 
Administration
  • Acts as a first point of contact for all office visitors, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Sort, receive/send and distribute daily mail, deliveries and/or courier shipments
 
Accounting
  • Ensure that proper information/documents are maintained for historical purposes in accordance with company's/local legal retention policies
  • Process and review incoming Accounts Payable documents for accuracy, completeness and conformance to internal company policies and in accordance with local rules and regulations
  • Process company cards issue, limits, cancellation etc. and reconcile company credit cards statements
 
Human Resources
  • Manage local safety at work and medical checkups processes
  • Act as administrator for internal system used for tracking absences of employees
  • Collect payroll related documents and process them to payroll personnel as per payroll calendar
  • Preparing other HR related documents as employer confirmations of employment needed to employees
 
Minimum qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting (or in the final year of studies)
  • Basic knowledge of MS-Office with emphasis on MS-Excel
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is a must
  • Resilient profile with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to further learn and professionally develop
