They want to expand their creative and dynamic team by hiring the best person.
Because of that they are currently looking for a new team member on a position:
 
HR Generalist (m/f)
– Zagreb
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Act as first point of contact and trusted advisor on local site
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
  • Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Support organization with implementing new HR/IS programs cross region, consequently create and implement new HR processes and projects, and enhance existing practices
  • Be in charge of in-facility safety at work
  • Manage the recruitment process for employees and interns using the standard recruiting and hiring practices and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the human resources department to develop policies, programs, and solutions
 
EXPECTATIONS
  • Bachelor’s or higher degree
  • Up to 3 years of experience in the HR field, preferable as a Business Partner or Generalist
  • Excellent written, verbal, communication skills in Croatian and English, Slovene language knowledge is an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
  • An autonomous and proactive person
  • Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
  • Strong internal and external customer service focus
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
