For our client, a global customer experience specialist, we are looking for a proactive, energetic, and result driven person to join their team, to take the following role:


Senior Recruiting Specialist (m/f)



RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Acting as consultant and process expert while updating job descriptions, identifying key job responsibilities and criteria for success to source candidates effectively
  • Creating appealing job advertisements and posting them to relevant channels as well looking for innovative ways of approaching passive candidates
  • Close cooperation with our Recruitment Specialists inside and outside the country to streamline the recruitment process and look for best practices
  • Maintaining and improving collaboration with temp/recruitment agencies
  • Effectively creating awareness around employee’s referral program and making sure that all channels used to produce an expected outcome and reflect the final fill rate
  • Providing assessment feedback and results to Stakeholders and managing Hiring Managers expectations with regards to current and upcoming recruitment picks
  • Proactively building up candidate pipeline and keeping close touch with the Talent Pool of candidates
  • Facilitating discussions towards selection of the best suitable candidate, negotiation and offer extension, running background and reference checks, when needed
  • Playing an active part and being an ambassador for promoting the company as employer of choice
  • Cooperating tightly with local HR Operations teams to ensure a seamless implementation of new processes and procedures e.g. retention program

     
REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced international environment
  • Proven and successful track record of effective volume recruitment management
  • Bachelor's degree and/or proven competencies in HR management, Recruitment and Sourcing
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate, negotiate and manage client expectations
  • Strong leadership, consulting and organizational commitment
  • High level of maturity and sense of responsibility
  • Highly analytical and must be results-oriented with a strong foundation of integrity
  • Previous experience in HR IT solutions
  • MS Office package and Google docs usage
