For our client, a global customer experience specialist, we are looking for a proactive, energetic, and result driven person to join their team, taking a role on the following position:
 
Site HR Manager (m/f) - Pula


RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Define and implement the strategic plan and budget for the Site’s HR Department
  • Analyse and improve functions and activities of the area of Human Resources
  • Exercise effective leadership with the HR support team by transparent communication, alienating goals, delegating functions, assigning responsibilities, supervising and controlling the progress of processes, guiding and evaluating their performance
  • Direct and coordinate the activities inherent to the development of labor and Trade Union, representing the company and negotiating with the Unions.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law and other applicable rules and regulations within the Site
  • Detail and implement training and development plan
  • Guide the design and implementation of incentive programs
  • Ensure the quality of the administrative processes
  • Coordinate and supervise all related to the occupational safety and health
  • Implement the protocols of conduct to workplaces so that they can be implemented and promote compliance with them
  • Ensure a culture of measurement, evaluation and actions within the performance measurement system

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum five years' experience as HR Department Head, preferably in the Contact Centre or similar sector in HR ratios
  • Minimum studies: University diploma or degree (Law, Labour Relations, Psychology, Work Studies or similar)
  • Specific post-graduate training and/or work experience in Human Resources Strategic Management and Employment Law are an advantage
  • Country specific/local knowledge about labor market
  • MS Office package (Word/Excel/PowerPoint): High level
  • Croatian language: Native level
  • English language: B2 or higher
  • Italian language B1/B2 or higher
  • Previous experience in HR Information System (IS) solutions is an advantage
