For our client, global leader in medical technology, services, and solutions, Medtronic, Adecco is searching for proactive and motivated candidates for the following position:

                                          Technical User Support Analyst (m/f)

  • Providing support by phone, email and on-site to determine root cause of technical problem based on client input and remote management technology, including on-time support to executives
  • Maintaining recording of all support actions in the ITSM/ITIL system
  • Determining the immediate resolution using MDT Knowledge base and propagating to users to use self-service solutions
  • Determining effective resolution of issues by troubleshooting and analyzing computer system errors and escalating or redistributing an issue per the situations to the appropriate team if it requires an in-depth evaluation
  • Determining business impact of problem based on Business Unit criteria
  • Providing remote technical support for hardware (desktop, laptop, drivers, monitors, mobile handheld devices and MFD/printers) and software (computer operating systems, internally developed applications, internet applications, and various drivers)
  • Interacting with internal and/or external escalation groups to resolve complex technical issues

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant area or similar technical education
  • 2-5 years IT experience
  • Skilled in personal computer hardware and software in a business environment
  • Experience with Windows 10 OS, MS Office 365, remote management tools, active directory administration, TCP/IP, and general networking protocols, practical experience with handling most of IT HW including smart phones and tablets (iOS)
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Very good communications and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, stress-resistant, objective and self-starter
  • Likes challenges and has customer-oriented attitude
  • Able to work in a changing environment
  • Good prioritization skills and solid analytical skills
